Returns:
Returns will be accepted on any new unwashed items up to 7 days of delivery date.  You will be required to pay return shipping costs.  Once items are received and inspected as new with no damage you will be refunded the full amount minus a 10% restocking fee.  Please include your order # to ensure no refund delays. 

Manufacturer Defects Warranty 

We provide a 30 day product warranty starting from the delivery date. Warranty will cover defects such as stitching, elastics, snaps, fabric or seams. If you have any of these issues please contact us directly through our Facebook Page with photos of the defects. You can also contact directly thru email at squishytushieclothdiapers@yahoo.com

Preorder Cancellations

We do allow Preorder cancellations for any reason during the waiting period.  Please note there is a 20% cancellation fee for ALL orders.

Preorders can take 8-12 weeks once the order is placed with our manufacturer to arrive to us.  Each item listed has an "ETA" of when it is expected to arrive. IF ETA Date is stated and is less than 8-12 weeks then the mentioned date is accurate. 

Change of Address

Please submit all address changes HERE.

If you need to change your address on a preorder you must submit the change at least 1 week before the product is set to arrive to us.  After the label has been printed to ship to you there will be no changes allowed.  Any items sent to the wrong address because of an address change not submitted will result in a 2nd shipping charge to get it to you once its been returned to us.
